  1. Hi Ane,

First of all, I want to congratulate you on your work. I think you have created a useful blog with interesting activities that can enhance your students’ command of English.

The listening activity is my favourite one. On one hand, I believe that you have really chosen a good resource. Quizzes are always amusing for students and Edpuzzle is a perfect tool to work on this skill. On the other hand, through this activity, your students will be able to learn grammar implicitly and explicitly and this is a good point.

Referring to your reading activity, the story looks interesting, but I think that it would be more attractive if you included pictures. Moreover, although I think you have selected an entertaining tool to do the reading comprehension, it can be difficult for those students with poor reading fluency (because of the time they have to answer each question). Is there any possibility to slow down the questions?

I also liked the activities designed to work on speaking and writing skills. It is known that using a wide variety of resources enriches the students’ educational process. In your case, you have used different tools and you have created a clear structure in your proposals (from specific activities, like the crossword or the Genially’s slideshow, to a more elaborated, such as the description about yourself).

In short, I think your students will enjoy your blog and, at the same time, they will improve their skills. Thanks for sharing it!

SPEAKING PRACTICE

Many children do not dare or even try to speak English in the classroom as it is not their mother tongue and they still do not have enough knowledge to speak fluently and correctly. However there are different way to encourage young students to try speaking a language. One of my favourite is make them speak through the games. Therefore, here i share you a game where children must say words with the letter written in the top of cards, always related to the topics written in the three squares. LEARNING NEW WORDS

WRITING PRACTICE

Another of the most important skills of English is writing. This is essential to be able to practice all the rules of a language and to be able to write and practice everything learned in class.  Here i share the activty where young students should listen and watch a video about body parts. Once the video has been seen, the first activity is filling the gaps of the wordcross: BODY PARTS' CROSSWORD After having done the first activity, the second activity consists of describing your body using the vobaculary learned in the video: MY BODY'S DESCRIPTION
